At Kaleido, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
